I personal want to see the majority of the world living healthy happy lives. I have been over 310 pounds and unhealthy in the past, not knowing what to do or how to change it. I now try to get every one the correct knowledge they need to live a healthy happy life in the body they desire if they are willing to work for it. Having a desired body takes lots of hard work and lots of consistency with healthy habits, so I like to challenge people to change their body by changing their lifestyle!! I have been a trainer for over 12 years. Before I was a trainer, I was a top level athlete and trained under two olympic level strength coaches. This has given me lots of experience in the fitness industry. Earning a BS in Exercise Science and 11 different personal training certifications as well as being a certified nutritionist by two different entities has given me the knowledge to help just about anyone in their personal fitness journey. I realize every person is an individual and needs an individualized routine. Creating an individualized routine for you to get you to your personal goals in a progressive fashion is the fastest way to change your physic. Secondly, I am very good at reading people and listening. This enables me to find the right way and amount to push you, to help you reach your goals at the fastest pace possible. Then by providing very strong motivational skills to help keep you on track, as well as guidelines that will create a sustainable healthy lifestyle to keep your results.
